Helmut Kalenborn – The Mountain King of Mallorca!
The athletic and intercultural triumphant march of Straßfeld native Helmut Kalenborn, born on April 2, 1940, began in the early seventies. In 1976, he raced for the first time in Mallorca. Previously, the trained master mechanic with his own workshop in Euskirchen had already invested a large portion of his savings in racing cars.
