In 1995, two Bigazzi BMW 320i collided on the Nürburgring Nordschleife, hardly a place where they could have ended up differently. While starting number 2 fought for every lap with four top-class drivers, its sister car with number 1 wrote racing history.

In 1994, a new era of touring car racing began in Germany: with around 300 hp, four-wheel drive, and spectacular technology, the Audi 80 quattro and BMW 318i met for the first time in the new 2-liter Super Tourenwagen Cup. Right in the middle of it was Hans-Joachim „Strietzel“ Stuck, whose Nürburgring finale came to an unexpected end after just three laps.
