The best races

In addition to the overall winner, the championship celebration, which took place for the first time in our new clubhouse at Schloss Loersfeld in Kerpen, also honored the champions in the individual categories belonging to the club championship, as usual. In the „Current Motorsport“ category, our overall winner Matteo Ferrer (Formula Toyota/Formula Renault 2.0) ultimately led the final standings, ahead of Stefan Ernst (Cup and Touring Car Trophy) and Matthias Wasel Jr. (VLN, among others). The „Historic Circuit Racing“ category was won by Max-Gerrit Westhoff (mostly active in the HTGT in a Chevron B16) ahead of Pedro Sanchez and Ingo Pütz (both FHR Endurance Cup). The club championship title in the „non-licensed classic car sport“ section went to Eberhard Hess with a clear lead, who achieved top results in many rallies and regularity tests with various makes. He was followed by Johannes Zilkens and Hans Thelen in second and third place. The most successful junior driver in karting in 2015 was Max Hesse, ahead of Jan Frederick Bock.
