Na genau wie zu Anfang der Coronaseuche: auf Mallorca. Letztes Jahr war die Rallye Anfang M\u00e4rz vom Beginn der Corona-Epedemie \u00fcberrascht worden. Abbruch nach zwei Tagen. Nun h\u00e4tte der Veranstalter die Rallye 2021 vor der 3. Coronawelle absagen oder verschieben k\u00f6nnen. Weit gefehlt! Mit einem \u00fcberzeugenden Hygienekonzept und Covid-19-Tests f\u00fcr alle Teilnehmer und das Orgateam wurde der traditionelle Rallye-Auftakt 2021 zelebriert. Immer Anfang M\u00e4rz. Offiziell deklariert als Open-Air-Veranstaltung. Beh\u00f6rdlich genehmigt und auf Grund der sehr niedrigen Inzidenz-Zahlen auf Mallorca auch mit geregeltem Zuschaueraufkommen komplett durchgef\u00fchrt. Als die Rallye-Gemeinde am 10.3. wieder im Hafen von Puerto Portals zusammen kam, lie\u00df das Wetter die Herzen der Piloten h\u00f6her schlagen. Frisch getestet vor der Einreise kam die zus\u00e4tzliche Bedingung: erneuter Test aller Teilnehmer durch den Rennarzt. Zwar startete die Rallye im Prinzip ohne Engl\u00e4nder und auch mit deutlich weniger Deutschen, sie wurde aber trotz Corona ausgetragen. Die Rallye-wertungspr\u00fcfungen waren f\u00fcr den Verkehr gesperrt und unwissende Touristen nahmen sicher an, da\u00df die Krankenwagen in jeder Specialstage bereitstanden f\u00fcr pl\u00f6tzliche Covid-19-F\u00e4lle. Aber es gab tats\u00e4chlich 2020 und auch 2021 keinen einzigen Fall einer Coronainfektion unter den Teilnehmern. Geht also! 60 Wagen gingen am Donnerstagabend \u00fcber die Startrampe im Yachthafen Puerto Portals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>Die Gefahr, dass sich die Piloten im Auto trotz Helm, Balaklava und Gegensprechanlage infizieren k\u00f6nnten, war minimal. Auch der Zuschauerstrom im Hafen und auf den Wertungspr\u00fcfungen war diszipliniert organisiert. Ansteckend war nur die Begeisterung der Zuschauer und Teilnehmer, dass Corona nicht alles stoppen kann. 500 Km an 2 1\/2 Tagen mit 13 Wertungspr\u00fcfungen waren wie immer atemberaubend sch\u00f6n. Aber auch herausfordernd, wenn sich schnelle Passagen mit enorm engen Hairpins im Tramuntagebirge abwechselten. Die \u201eCompetitionclass\u201c wie auch die beiden \u201eRegularityclasses\u201c ALTA und BAJA waren \u00fcbereinstimmend munter gestimmt, dass kein Regen die Gebirgsstra\u00dfen schmierig machten. Vorsicht vor der Hafenkante!<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/slickpix.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/CF071302-D2C6-4A98-88FE-C652D76F2A2C-683x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"5657\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/slickpix.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/CF071302-D2C6-4A98-88FE-C652D76F2A2C.jpeg\" data-link=\"https:\/\/curbs-magazin.com\/?attachment_id=5657#main\" class=\"wp-image-5657\"\/><figcaption class=\"blocks-gallery-item__caption\">Gl\u00fcckliche Sieger: Feustel-Ettel IROC-Porsche<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dennoch lie\u00df es sich ein spanisches Rallye-Team in ihrem Golf GTI nicht nehmen, die Fahrbahn nach einer Bergaufspitzkehre unmittelbar nach Erreichen des 180-Grad-Winkels diesen auf 240 Gradauszubauen und die Stra\u00dfe wieder in Richtung der 10m tiefer gelegenen Trasse zu verlassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Den Piloten war anzusehen, dass sie die Bergabpassage nicht freiwillig genommen hatten, weil sie bei der Abfahrt \u00e4hnlichen Respekt entwickelt hatten, wie Skirennl\u00e4ufer auf der Streif in Kitzb\u00fchel. OK, die Landung auf den Lampen war stumpf aber erl\u00f6send. Ein HANS-System &#8211; wenn vorhanden &#8211; h\u00e4tte seine volle Wirkung entfalten k\u00f6nnen. So bleibt nur die Hoffnung, dass der Orthop\u00e4de keine bl\u00f6den Fragen stellt. Sonst war alles im Flu\u00df und sportlich ambitioniert wie immer. Viele gro\u00dfe Namen fehlten. Besonders schmerzlich war jedoch, dass Stefan Oberd\u00f6rster &#8211; als mehrfacher Gewinner der Rallye &#8211; nach seinem t\u00f6dlichen Motorradunfall 2020 auf der Insel nicht mehr dabei war. Die Rallye fuhr in seinem Namen. R.I.P. So schlimm war das nun auch wieder nicht, wenn man bedenkt, dass man morgens immer ausgeschlafen war.<br \/>Ein Dank geht an alle Teilnehmer und die Organisation, die diese Veranstaltung trotz Coronarestriktionen diszipliniert durchgef\u00fchrt haben.<br \/>Hut ab.
