Oldtimer \u2013 A True Success Story.<\/h2>\n

April 2015, Alexej Koch: \u201eHoney, how much is our classic car actually worth?\u201c \u201eJust take a look online,\u201c his wife Alena replied. Well, it wasn't that simple. A platform specifically for classic cars and their prices couldn't be found, and when something was found, it was either paid or not up-to-date. While you can find many vehicles on Europe's largest trading platforms, you unfortunately can't definitively determine if the price is right given the condition. Alexej K.: \u201eI just want to keep an overview of our finances. I have online access to my bank, an online portfolio for stocks, and for classic cars, only an annual appraisal in paper form.\u201c Alexej didn't find that current enough and considered it too old-fashioned in an era of digitalization. \u201eNowadays there's an app for almost everything, why isn't there something like that for classic cars yet?\u201c Alena asked. What she triggered with this question is almost unbelievable...

\nA few days later, the first meeting with friend and IT specialist Ivan Bauer followed. Ivan B.: \u201eAlex, the project is very interesting, but also extensive. I know someone who might be able to help us with it. He has already successfully programmed and marketed several apps with his company PEAKCONCEPTS.\u201c A few days later, Alexej met brothers Melik and Kadir. The two were also classic car enthusiasts. After just a few meetings, it was decided to realize this project together. These were the early days of Oldtimertrend, founded in June 2015 under the name AIM GbR.

\nFollowing this, the app \u201cOLDTIMERTREND\u201c was created in November 2015, where you can simply enter the make and model of a classic car and determine its current value in seconds. The unique function of a virtual online garage, where you can store already valued classics and see the current appreciation of all vehicles with their total value at a glance, was also added. Just weeks after the release of a test version, the app was successfully used by numerous collectors, dealers, and private individuals. Based on this, the company was renamed Oldtimertrend GmbH & Co. KG in February 2016. A small idea thus became a startup company with high prospects for success and further interesting features. Currently, the website (www.oldtimertrend.com<\/a>), a marketplace for classic cars was developed. Here, private individuals and dealers can advertise their classic cars for free and offer them directly to the right audience for purchase. The import function from the website mobile.de is also already available for all registered dealers.

\nOldtimertrend was already present at the \u201eRetro Classics\u201c trade fair in Stuttgart and the \u201eTechno Classica\u201c world fair in Essen. The feedback and numerous cooperation offers point to a promising and innovative future.
